Job summary

LAUKOA in Fort Meade, Maryland, seeks a Production Control Clerk to support facilities operations under a Government contract. You will manage work orders in CMMS, track service requests, and generate documentation to ensure timely, accurate maintenance data.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, at least two years in admin/work control, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position offers a competitive hourly wage, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support, work control, project coordination, facilities maintenance support, or a related role.
• Experience using a CMMS, work order system, database, or similar tracking system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage and update work orders in the CMMS.
• Receive, enter, assign, track, and close out service requests and maintenance work orders.
• Monitor work order status and coordinate with maintenance staff and management.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, labor, materials, and equipment.
• Generate reports, logs, schedules, and related documentation as required.
• Support preventive maintenance scheduling and tracking of recurring work orders.
• Assist with tracking open work orders, overdue work, and follow-up actions.
• Communicate professionally with internal staff, subcontractors, vendors, and Government representatives.
• Support meeting preparation, note-taking, and administrative coordination.
• Maintain project files and assist with timekeeping and purchasing documentation.
