Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Program Manager within Facilities Operations to lead multiple long-term programs across AV locations, including lease administration, real estate data, fleet operations, CSR reporting, and workplace systems. The PM partners with Facilities leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and ensure compliant, sustainable workplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management or related field.
• 8+ years in facilities management, corporate real estate, workplace operations, data analytics, or related program management roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to develop, track and communicate metrics and KPIs, including dashboard/report creation.
• Strong analytical skills with data from multiple systems and tools (e.g., Excel, BI/reporting tools).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Ability to travel as needed all domestic and international AV locations.
• US citizenship is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain program frameworks, processes, and standards for core Facilities programs (lease administration, fleet operations, workplace utilization, CSR, workplace reservation systems, SharePoint).
• Create and manage program roadmaps, timelines, risks, and communication plans; ensure alignment with Facilities and corporate strategy.
• Establish and track KPIs/OKRs for each program, reporting progress and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Establish strong working relationships with site Facilities teams and business units to ensure program effectiveness.
• Oversee lease data integrity in relevant systems and support portfolio reporting and decision-making.
• Lead the development of workplace utilization and occupancy metrics across AV’s global portfolio.
• Design and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Monitor utilization and system performance; drive enhancements, issue resolution, and change requests.
• Define business requirements and configurations for the workplace reservation system; promote adoption and training.
