Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Columbus Engine enter is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support facilities maintenance, services provisioning, and contract coordination across multiple plants and large-scale projects.

The role collaborates with architects, engineers, general contractors, and construction trades to manage budgets, ROMs, and capital allocations while driving project delivery and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree with 10+ years of relevant facilities experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and facilities software.
• Experience managing parts, PMs, and inventory in a fast-paced plant.
• Knowledge of manufacturing plant operations and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities projects and maintenance across large manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to define project scope.
• Manage procurement processes to obtain competitive vendor pricing.
• Develop ROM budgets with Space Planning and track capital allocations.
• Schedule and run regular facilities, services, and outage coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, codes, and regulations, and audit contracts.
