Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Columbus Engine Center seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support facilities maintenance, services provisioning, and contract coordination for our Commercial and Military engine programs. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and trades to build schedules and manage budgets across multiple plants.

Qualifications

AA/AS degree with 10 years relevant experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of facilities management methods to scope, budget, schedule and manage projects.
Experience in manufacturing plant operations and equipment.
Experience managing parts, PMs, and inventory.

Responsibilities

Support facilities maintenance, services provisioning, and contract coordination for large-scale projects.
Coordinate schedules with architects, engineers, general contractors and trades.
Manage budgets, ROMs and capital allocations across multiple plants.
Lead facilities and services status meetings and drive cross-functional coordination.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contract requirements.
Oversee maintenance contracts and outside services to support facilities.
