Job summary

BENCHMARK is seeking a Facilities Coordinator at Deloitte University in Westlake, Texas. This full-time position involves organizing administrative functions of the Facilities division with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will manage checkbooks, invoices and assist in the purchasing process. Strong computer skills are essential—experience in Excel, Word, and procurement systems is desired. Benefits include holidays, vacation pay, and a health plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative or accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the purchasing process.
• Manage department checkbook.
• Manage invoice coding and approval.
• Work with vendors for documents.
• Set up new vendors and manage access.
• Support department managers with tasks.
• Track purchase orders, budget balances, and maintenance.

Skills

Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of procurement systems; BirchStreet experience is desirable
