Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking a senior leader to head Facility Infrastructure, Building Equipment Maintenance, and Process Automation Engineering.

You will ensure facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards, directing installation, maintenance, change controls, and retirement of assets. You will oversee SCADA, labs, QC, BAS, EMS, and CMMS (Maximo).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering; 15+ years in engineering leadership.
• Direct knowledge of biologics facility infrastructure, process equipment, SCADA, BAS, Fire Safety and IT systems.
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo) and IT systems; able to prepare business cases and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance & Reliability programs across facilities equipment and systems.
• Oversee Facility Integrity including I&E systems and utilities to ensure uptime.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance with codes, audits and EHS coordination.
• Manage Annual repair/maintenance budgets and CAPEX projects.
• Oversee vendor spend and change controls for infrastructure projects.
• Drive process improvement to reduce reactive work and improve uptime.
• Collaborate with Engineering, EHS, and Operations on reliability strategies.
• Provide people leadership and development for a high-performing team.
• Maintain asset data, calibration and documentation for compliance.
