Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. seeks a Sr. Facilities Technician to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of building infrastructure. You will manage HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, BAS/BMS operations, and data-center readiness.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades while maintaining compliance and safety across facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years hands-on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell).
• MEP knowledge in commercial/industrial settings.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred (EPA Universal, Journeyman/Master).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance of data center systems for 100% up-time.
• Operate and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Building Maintenance Systems (BMS).
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Record readings, respond to alarms, and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades and repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with regulations.
