Job summary

SSM Health's WI-St. Agnes Hospital is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to operate and perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems, boilers and power plant equipment.

The role supports complex tasks, requires high school diploma and 1 year of experience, evening shift, 40 hours weekly, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance/tech experience.
• Ability to monitor and operate facility equipment as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operates and performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems, boilers and power plant equipment.
• Monitors facility equipment and power plant machinery following defined procedures.
• Responds to trouble calls, troubleshoots and remedies issues.
• Utilizes the building automation system to resolve issues.
• Assists with emergencies and restarts power plant operations as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
