Job summary

SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital is seeking a Regular maintenance technician for the evening shift. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and life-safety systems, including fire and life safety components, nurse call, and related systems.

The role requires at least two years of experience in maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work with contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in facilities maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs per work orders or verbal instructions and documents work per policies.
• Collaborates with vendors and contractors for repair and replacement of equipment.
• Performs basic plumbing and electrical repairs and appliance maintenance.
• Performs carpentry and minor construction tasks ( drywall, painting, flooring ).
• Maintains clean and safe work environment; handles debris and material storage.
• Follows safety protocols and performs other duties as assigned.
