Qualifications

• 6 months minimum or prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit and inspect buildings on a rotating basis to ensure standards.
• Communicate policies to staff and Independent Contractors (IC).
• Conduct proper safety training for employees and ICs.
• Train staff on cleaning techniques and City Wide standards.
• Partner with ICs to train on cleaning techniques.
• Act as liaison between ICs and FSM.
• Report nightly inspections and issues to FSM.
• Record hours using the timekeeping system.
• Travel to job sites as required.
