Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years' experience as a cleaner/maintainer of diverse commercial space.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive agency vehicles when authorized.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English at HS level.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance, cleaning, dusting of program offices, kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, elevators, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, loading docks, recreational areas, facilities, storage areas, workshops.
• Move furniture as needed for cleaning, events, or program reconfigurations.
• Perform basic repairs such as painting, light bulb changes, minor floor/wall repair.
• Operate cleaning equipment and comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
