Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent custodial experience.
• 1+ year of custodial or facilities maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily custodial duties in residential, shelter, and office environments.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and disinfect areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
• Set up spaces for meetings and events and assist with logistics.
• Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager.
• Support light maintenance and interact professionally with clients and staff.
• Maintain cleaning logs and related documentation.
