Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1+ year experience in custodial or related services.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, sanitation, and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Ability to follow work orders and maintenance instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily custodial duties across all facilities.
• Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and client spaces.
• Collect, dispose of trash and waste materials.
• Monitor supplies and restock as needed.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and fixture changes.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain cleaning logs and records.
• Support readiness for meetings and events.
