Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in custodial or janitorial roles is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.
• Good communication and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Keep restrooms and common areas clean and stocked.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and inform when restocking is needed.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervision promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
