Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking enthusiastic porters to help keep our facilities clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff. You will perform cleaning tasks, assist with events, and monitor supplies while engaging with guests and team members in a welcoming manner.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have strong attention to detail with good communication. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Custodial or cleaning experience is an advantage.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly.
• Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings held at our facilities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, alerting management when reordering is necessary.
• Support minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any significant issues to the maintenance team.
• Engage with guests and staff positively, providing assistance when needed to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all.
