Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is hiring a Porter to keep facilities clean, organized, and welcoming for guests and staff. You will perform routine cleaning, assist with event setup, and monitor supplies while reporting any issues to the supervisor.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a proactive approach to duties. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required to support our operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial/janitorial experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to tasks.
• Good communication and customer-friendly attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors in all areas of the facility.
• Ensure restrooms and common areas are cleaned and stocked with supplies.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; inform management when restocking is necessary.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable and assisting guests and staff.
