Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in custodial or janitorial roles is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.
• Good communication and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment is advantageous.

Position: Porter

LV Petroleum is seeking diligent and enthusiastic Porters to join our team. The Porter will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, which is essential for providing a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas of the facility
• Ensure restrooms and common areas are consistently cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings as needed
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, informing management when restocking is necessary
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly
• Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable and assisting with inquiries from guests and staff
