Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking Porters to join the team to keep facilities clean, organized and safe for customers and staff. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks and assist with event setups to support operations.

The role requires physical work, attention to detail, and strong communication. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Custodial or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly.
• Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings held at our facilities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, alerting management when reordering is necessary.
• Support minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any significant issues to the maintenance team.
• Engage with guests and staff positively, providing assistance when needed to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all.
