Responsibilities

• Sweep and spot mop stairwells and lobby floors.
• Dust vertical surfaces and remove finger marks and smudges.
• Remove all garbage daily and clean compactor rooms; sanitize garbage cans after trash removal.
• Set out runners and return them to storage when not in use.
• Snow removal as needed, including rock salt placement.
• Administer the recycling program per NYC guidelines.
