Qualifications

• Three years' experience as a cleaner/maintainer of diverse commercial space.

• Must be proficient in reading/writing English and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance, cleaning of offices, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and manage janitorial supplies.
• Assist with light repairs and event setup as needed.
• Snow removal and exterior cleanup per NYC/DOS code.
• Ensure fire safety compliance and proper storage of chemicals.
