Job summary

Thresholds in Chicago is seeking a Manager, Facilities Project Management Office (PMO) to lead planning and execution of capital improvements, renovations, and infrastructure projects across our real estate portfolio. You will align priorities with organizational goals and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will collaborate with leaders, staff, consultants, and contractors, oversee governance, develop PMO practices, and mentor a growing team while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in facilities, construction, or capital project management.
• Proven leadership and staff development experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities PMO and oversee capital improvement projects.
• Develop and implement PM practices to support growth and efficiency.
• Align projects with budgets, schedules, and organizational goals.
• Provide governance, reporting, and risk management across portfolios.
• Travel daily across the Chicagoland area for site visits.
