Job summary

MPI is seeking a Senior IT PMO Project Manager in Chicago to lead complex technology initiatives from initiation through delivery on time and within budget. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align with business goals and drive project outcomes in the property industry.

The role requires strong leadership, robust planning, budget management and risk mitigation, with regular status reporting to senior management. Permanent, on-site in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and address risks or issues that arise.
• Ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
