This part-time hourly role focuses on safety, reliability, and efficient building operations, with responsibilities across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Expected hours are flexible, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position emphasizes professional interaction with client staff and adherence to safety protocols and site

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
• Perform routine repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Assist with inspections, safety checks, and fire/life safety compliance activities
• Support equipment moves, minor installations, and facility improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed tasks
• Follow all safety protocols and Forefront standards
• Interact professionally with client staff and report issues to the Lead or Manager
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
