Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts with hand/power tools.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and building systems.
• Diagnose problems by checking manuals and parts catalogs.
• Inspect and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, gears and bearings.
• Manage facility plumbing, lighting, and minor repairs.
• Support Life Safety and Disaster Team activities.
• Coordinate with EVS for patient area cleaning and related duties.
