Job summary

ISS is seeking a Facilities Planner/Scheduler in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role supports the FM Operations Team by planning, coordinating, and scheduling maintenance and repair work to ensure efficient use of resources and exceptional client service.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and solid experience with building systems and budgets. Typical hours are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services and related duties.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and strive to improve service delivery.
• Assist in managing operating budgets for the site.
• Maintenance of building systems, documentation, PM programs, and life-safety testing.
• Prepare and publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly work schedules.
• Coordinate team resources and liaise with client representatives to schedule downtime.
