Job description

Job Title: Planner/Scheduler

Location: Anaheim, CA (Monday - Friday (40 hours) | 1st Shift)

Duration: 12+ Months with Possible Extension

Pay Range: $55 - $59/hr on W2

Job Description

• One year of proven experience with concise technical writing in an academic or work environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Application Suite
• Proficient in standard software programs and mobile electronic devices
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting drawings
• Well‑defined organizational tactics to balance time according to priority
• Demonstrated proofreading skills
• Diagnostic and evaluation skills with the ability to remove obstacles
• Understanding of how to consolidate multiple sources of information/analyses into a cohesive story and recommendation
• Willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and varying shifts including 3rd shift and working extended hours to complete time‑sensitive tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience Planning Maintenance, Manufacturing, or Projects.
• Experience with EAM/CMMS systems.
• Experience with Analytical/Reporting tools, such as Business Objects, Cognos, Birt, or similar.
• Demonstrated proficiency with scheduling solutions, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Prometheus AkWire vScheduler.
• Experience with Materials Management.
• Experience building and presenting a compelling story (business case) to facilitate decision‑oriented discussions.
• Experience in Facilities Systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen appliance) is a plus.
• APICS CPIM certification is a plus.

Advanced Degree or equivalent years of experience.
