Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA is seeking a Facilities Program Manager to plan and oversee space utilization, equipment maintenance, and building projects from concept through implementation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and CAD experience (Microstation/AutoCAD/Catia), CMMS proficiency, and strong project management skills to manage budgets, schedules, and contract changes. You will coordinate with engineering teams and facilities staff to maintain operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• Design experience in commercial office/manufacturing/industrial facilities including layouts.
• Experienced in using CAD to produce layouts and construction documents (Microstation/AutoCAD/Catia).
• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Project management experience from conception to completion.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage space, facilities, and project budgets.
• Coordinate contracts and changes, and track cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Direct maintenance and building projects from concept to implementation.
• Serve as primary contact for facilities and equipment maintenance and lead project reviews.
