Under supervision of the Director, this role directs policy development, compliance with codes, and continuous improvement through data analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or closely related field and three years of progressively responsible work experience including three years of staff supervision.
  • Experience supervising staff and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with planning, budgeting, and project documentation.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, analysis, and review of facilities and space.
  • Prepare project documentation, budgets, shop drawings, and required approvals.
  • Develop and update a Facilities Multi-Year Plan to guide campus development.
  • Coordinate capital project budgets and schedules; liaise with contractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Lead and supervise a high performing team; manage hiring, coaching, performance.
  • Engage in data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with committees and external stakeholders.
