Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree and equivalent additional relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates facilities and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Provides leadership, supervision, and development of assigned staff.
• Serves as strategic advisor to executive leadership on facilities planning and sustainability.
• Leads design and retrofit of building systems to meet standards and sustainability goals.
• Oversees facilities asset management and lifecycle renewal planning.
• Leads campus sustainability and energy management initiatives.
• Provides technical expertise to resolve building system issues and ensure reliability and safety.
• Manages budgets for facilities operations and capital projects.
• Ensures compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
