Qualifications

6 years' experience with a Bachelor's degree in related field; 4 years with a Master's degree.
PMP certification is preferred but not required.
Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Plans utilization of space and facilities for company needs and efficiency.
Plans, directs and manages all phases of equipment and facilities maintenance and building projects from design concepts to implementation.
Ensures project requirements are defined, contracts negotiated, budgets established, and terms identified.
Acts as primary contact for facilities, maintenance, and project activities; leads cost, schedule and technical reviews.
Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans, budgets and schedules.
Identifies problems and develops solutions, such as resource allocation or scope changes.
May coordinate the work of employees assigned to the project.
