Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Facilities Program Manager to oversee our facility maintenance software (ServiceChannel), manage dedicated regional work orders, and partner with field leadership to deliver sustainable, cost-effective maintenance solutions. This role supports the field, supply chain, and HQ with data analytics and proactive maintenance planning.

You will visit sites to evaluate conditions, coordinate with vendors, and ensure minimal business disruption, while driving cost containment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years facility maintenance or property management experience.
• Experience with computer-based software systems.
• Strong interpersonal and remote communication skills.
• Able to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of ServiceChannel work orders in all process phases (initiation, tracking, coordination, proposals, cost approvals, invoicing).
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Partner with maintenance leadership, project consultants, and service providers to manage preventive and reactive maintenance programs.
• Loster liaison with leadership and vendors to minimize store/business interruption.
• Guide field partners on scope of work and escalate when needed.
• Develop solutions to optimize resources and costs for field leaders.
• Review maintenance activities for quality, cost control, and rapid resolution.
• Review cost proposals and challenge where needed.
• Implement best practices to minimize costs.
• Negotiate repair responsibility with landlords.
• Administer ServiceChannel, troubleshoot issues, and advise leadership on processes.
• Support sustainability, asset management, and facility condition programs.
• Visit sites to assess conditions and identify needs.
• Provide leadership with data analytics and tracking for retail, supply chain, and HQ.
• Develop and maintain cost summaries of maintenance work with leadership.
