Qualifications

Job Description

The Facilities Performance Improvement Manager is responsible for leading and executing high-impact facilities initiatives across a large academic health system, including tertiary care hospitals, outpatient facilities, research environments, administrative buildings, and affiliated community hospitals. This role serves as a strategic project leader, partnering with executive leadership, operational stakeholders, facilities teams, clinical leaders, patient safety leaders, quality leaders, physician and nursing leadership, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of enterprise facilities projects. Oversees complex projects involving facility renovations, infrastructure improvements, operational optimization, regulatory readiness, sustainability initiatives, clinical environment-of-care improvements, patient safety initiatives, and other projects that support safe, high-quality patient care, and other strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Experience in academic healthcare, integrated delivery networks, or multi-hospital health systems preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
