Responsibilities

• Maintain ceilings, walls, drywall and other painted surfaces.
• Repair doors, windows, furniture and building framework.
• Paint walls, doors, windows, trim; replace ceiling tiles and/or grid and vinyl base.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocols.
• Review Work Orders daily and complete tasks by Type/Priority.
