Job summary

Hopehealth-Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Florence, SC to perform routine building maintenance tasks and support clinical facilities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred and related maintenance experience welcomed.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a 10-year driving record on hire. Some weekend/evening work may be required; strong hands-on skills in tools and basic trades are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or related field preferred.
• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and provide 10-year driving record on hire.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and structures to determine functional systems and needed repairs.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance including fixtures and lighting.
• Do minor painting, carpentry and masonry work.
• Respond to Help Desk Tickets in a timely manner.
• Work flexible hours; some weekends and evenings may be required.
• Move furniture and medical equipment as needed.
• Replace air conditioning filters and assist with upkeep.
