Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to support the Director of Maintenance with a variety of duties around the facility, including plastering, painting, carpentry, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.

The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with general maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to perform routine tasks unsupervised while upholding the facility’s standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• General maintenance and repair experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion.
• Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs.
• Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility.
• Ensure that facility grounds are neat and in order.
• Run errands as needed for supplies - requires driving a motor vehicle.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed.
• Accurately completes routine tasks without the need of direct supervision.
• Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence.
• Adheres to the facility dress code.
