Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Painter to perform interior and exterior painting and coating across commercial facilities, prioritizing safety and minimal disruption to operations. The role requires preparing surfaces, estimating materials, and completing repairs to keep buildings in premium condition.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3+ years of related experience, and proficiency with SOPs, CMMS, and MS Office. On-site work in Devens, MA, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desirable completion of a relevant technical training program.
• 3+ years of building repair/maintenance, plumbing and electrical experience.
• Ability to read, understand and follow SOPs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS a plus.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Aerial/Boom lift certificates or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint office, exterior, and controlled spaces.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior/exterior surfaces and perform repairs.
• Estimate material quantities and project timelines.
• Maintain and repair building components and locks/doors.
• Operate and maintain tools; conduct safety and housekeeping tasks.
