Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Facilities Painter to perform interior and exterior painting across commercial facilities at our Devens, MA site. You will prep surfaces, apply coatings and maintain a safe, efficient work environment with minimal disruption to operations.

The role requires 3+ years in building repair, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the potential to obtain aerial/boom lift certificates. Compensation is estimated at $54,080–$62,400 per year, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in building repair and maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs; strong communication and computer skills.
• Must have mechanical and electrical aptitude; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Patch, paint interior and exterior surfaces and manage supplies.
• Inspect and repair building components; coordinate with supervisors.
• Maintain safety procedures and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Operate and maintain tools; document work and materials used.
• Move furniture and equipment; assist with routine maintenance tasks.
