Job summary

JLL is seeking a dedicated Painter to maintain and enhance client facilities. The role involves painting, minor carpentry, and surface repairs, working with the facilities team and vendors to ensure spaces are safe and visually appealing.

The position operates on a 2nd shift, with possible weekend work, and requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and up-to-date knowledge of building maintenance practices. Onsite in Kennesaw, GA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable painting, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to perform overhead work on ladders and in confined spaces.
• Knowledge of safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and minor carpentry to maintain client facilities.
• Inspect surfaces for damage and determine repair needs.
• Prepare and finish surfaces including patching, sanding, and priming.
• Install or repair drywall, trim, and signage as needed.
• Maintain accurate work orders and report issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and proper handling of hazardous materials.
