Qualifications

• Experience performing daily inspections of dosing or related systems.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection of material dosing systems to ensure proper operation and to prevent production impact.
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades with Maintenance to ensure availability and reliability.
• Notify supervisors of downtime or issues affecting production.
• Ensure work complies with Tekni-Plex safety and GMP standards.
• Use EAM to generate pick tickets for parts and document repairs.
• Complete requisitions for tools, equipment, and services.
