TekniPlex in Dublin, VA, is seeking a manufacturing safety and operations role to oversee daily plant activities and enforce GMP compliance. You will ensure safe practices, supervise production teams, and verify that required paperwork is completed for traceability.

You will also coordinate resources, train personnel, monitor QA issues, and manage material handling and logistics to support efficient, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety and GMP compliance across the plant and report nonconformities to shift supervisor.
• Audit production processes to ensure team compliance and complete required paperwork.
• Coordinate resources to maintain a clean workflow, proper labeling, and changeover procedures.
• Monitor processes to ensure traceability and require timely technical support.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in line with 5S principles.
