Job summary

Tekni-Plex, Inc. is seeking a maintenance-oriented professional to inspect and sustain dosing systems in our Dublin, VA facility. You will coordinate with Maintenance for repairs, prioritize downtime mitigation, and ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards.

This role requires precise timing, documentation, and collaboration with production teams. Responsibilities include reporting failures, managing parts and tools, and ensuring continuous, high-quality production while adhering to

• Familiarity with GMP standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection of material dosing systems to ensure proper operation and to prevent production impact.
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades with Maintenance to ensure availability and reliability.
• Notify supervisors of downtime or issues affecting production.
• Ensure work complies with Tekni-Plex safety and GMP standards.
• Use EAM to generate pick tickets for parts and document repairs.
• Complete requisitions for tools, equipment, and services.

Pay Range $19-$22

Responsibilities:

• Perform a daily inspection of allmaterial dosingsystems toensureproper operation and ensure that production will not beimpactedby planned preventive maintenance or mechanicalbreakdowns.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance department forallrepairs and/or upgrades to machinery and support systems to ensure availability and reliability.
• Review machinery performance and report machinery failures to Corrective Maintenance team if unable to make the repair on your own.
• To notify Facilities Manager or Maintenance Manager dosing system issues that are creating increased downtime.
• Coordinate with ProductionSupervision on downtime needs to make a repair.
• To ensure all work meets the correct specifications on needed repairs.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with all Tekni-Plex safety and food safety standards meeting GMP guidelines.
• Work with all internal departments to ensure continuous production of the highest quality of service while still meeting all safety standards.
• Time management skills are a must to manage cleaning and repairs while adhering to daily schedules.
• UseEAM as needed tomake pick tickets for parts needed on job repairs.
• Complete the Motanreport as needed per shift.
• Complete requisitions for tools, equipment,services,and suppliesrequiredfor daily operations.
