Job summary

Olin College seeks a Manager of Facilities Operations & Service Vendors to lead day-to-day maintenance, manage our work order system, and coordinate contractor performance. You will ensure safe, compliant operations across campus and serve as the primary point of contact for service providers.

This role requires expertise in CMMS (Brightly Asset Essentials) and demonstrated success in managing contracted maintenance services, budgets, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of facilities management experience.
• Experience managing multiple maintenance contracts and vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure safe, reliable campus facilities.
• Act as primary liaison with contracted facilities service providers.
• Administer the campus work order system and CMMS workflows.
• Develop annual maintenance plans and monitor expenditures.
• Maintain KPIs on maintenance and contractor performance.
