Job summary

In-N-Out Burger is seeking a full-time Facilities Operations Technician in Franklin, TN to maintain our corporate campus. The role involves hands-on maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, with emphasis on preventive tasks and timely repairs.

The position is in-office only, with work scheduled Monday–Friday, plus occasional after-hours for emergencies. Strong troubleshooting, tools proficiency, and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate degree in HVAC, Electrical, Facilities Maintenance or related field preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• OSHA 10- or 30-hour General Industry preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance in commercial settings preferred.
• 1+ year experience with chiller-based HVAC, BAS, or CMMS/work orders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on campus building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, doors, lighting, and generators.
• Receive and complete work orders; troubleshoot and resolve building system issues.
• Conduct daily rounds to inspect mechanical/electrical spaces and respond to BAS alerts.
