Ingram Content Group is seeking a Corporate Services Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of our facility in La Vergne, TN. You will perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks, caring for building systems, equipment, and common areas, while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires physical work, the ability to read instructions, and the operation of forklifts and other equipment. We offer competitive benefits and a day-one comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years facility maintenance or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, manlifts, motorized equipment, and company vehicles.
• Read and understand work instructions, perform basic math, communicate effectively, and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs including drywall, painting, lighting, plumbing, and furniture systems.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs to HVAC, humidification, electrical, and compressed air systems.
• Operate facility equipment such as forklifts and box trucks as required.
• Maintain and clean facility areas and replenish supplies.
• Support recycling operations and vendor or contractor activities as needed.
