Job summary

In‑Out Burger is seeking a full‑time Facilities Operations Technician for the Franklin, TN corporate campus. This hands‑on role maintains, repairs, and upholds multiple buildings and support structures on a Class A campus.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and BAS; respond to work orders; coordinate with vendors; support emergency systems and minor construction; and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or trade school preferred.
• 3–5 years of facilities or building maintenance experience in a commercial/offices setting preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, BAS, CMMS/ServiceNow, and electrical/plumbing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on campus building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment.
• Receive, prioritize, and complete work orders and service requests; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor mechanical/electrical rooms, BAS alerts, and safety hazards.
• Coordinate with vendors and escort for on-site visits; verify work quality and document service visits.
• Assist with generator testing, emergency lighting checks, and fire alarm-related tasks.
• Perform minor construction tasks and assist with tenant improvements as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow LOTO and safety protocols.
