Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat seeks an Operations Supervisor for the Facilities trade organization, focused on the D501 Pure Water Operations Supervision. You will develop and schedule daily/weekly workloads using CMMS, complete work orders, and uphold safety/training programs while overseeing high-grade facility work.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
5+ years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Grade "A" system.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
One of: minimum 1 year trade at EB, or 3 years combined relevant and leadership experience in high-volume setting, or EB experience with engineering degree.

Responsibilities

Develop and schedule daily/weekly workloads using CMMS.
Complete work orders in a timely manner.
Maintain safety programs (JHA) and training programs.
Conduct preventative maintenance of facilities equipment.
Utilize process improvement programs.
Oversee Grade "A" work in Facilities.
Collaborate with outside contractors and support other Facilities and Operations groups.
