Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, CT is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Facilities trade organization. The role focuses on developing and scheduling daily/weekly workloads using CMMS, completing work orders promptly, and maintaining safety training programs and JHA compliance.

The position oversees Grade A work within Facilities, collaborates with outside contractors, and supports other Facilities and Operations teams to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Grade "A" system.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule daily/weekly workloads using CMMS.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety (JHA) and training programs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance programs for facilities equipment.
• Oversee Grade "A" work in the facilities department.
• Work with outside contractors and support other Facilities and Operations teams to complete tasks.
