Responsibilities

• Supervise 15-20 janitorial hourly employees.
• Achieve safety and training goals.
• Project management and vendor supervision.
• Oversee janitorial services at Groton, Kings Highway, B793, and New London sites.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Interface with management and union leadership.
• Support special events and snow operations as needed.
