Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily assignments and coordination of employees to ensure maximum performance, efficiency and quality of functions.
• Organize and assign work to hourly employees ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives are met.
• Strive to improve operations, reduce work order span times, streamline processes and support production needs with other supervisors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safe work practices; follow instructions; support production needs as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with subordinates and supervisors, both orally and in writing.
• Set, assign and measure daily production goals, instruct, mentor, motivate and hold crew members accountable.
