Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 6–8 years of relevant work experience in building and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to lead and mentor maintenance staff and coordinate contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager in maintaining facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Create schedules, coordinate repairs, delegate projects, run reports and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate contracted services and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate on security and fire protection system maintenance and procedures.
• Respond to management and employee needs for facility support; assign tasks as needed.
• Review and manage work orders, PMs and inspections; support on-site operations.
